Relationship Resources

Support for navigating conflict, communication, and the relationships that shape our lives.

Need help right now? Support is available 24/7.

When relationships hurt

Relationships are central to our wellbeing, and when they are strained, the stress can affect every part of life, including mental health.

Conflict, breakups, divorce, family rupture, and loneliness are real sources of pain. They can deepen depression and anxiety, and for some people they contribute to thoughts of crisis.

Many relationship struggles can be worked through with the right support, whether that means couples therapy, family counseling, or individual help to set healthy boundaries.

When to seek support

Counseling or support may help if you are experiencing:

  • Ongoing conflict, contempt, or breakdowns in communication
  • Feeling isolated, unsupported, or unsafe in a relationship
  • A breakup, divorce, or estrangement that feels overwhelming
  • Relationship stress that is affecting your sleep, mood, or health
Please note: If you feel unsafe with a partner or family member, see our Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault resources for confidential, 24/7 support.
