Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Resources

Free, confidential support is available right now, whether you are in immediate danger or trying to plan a way out.

Need help right now? Support is available 24/7.

You are not alone, and you are not to blame

Abuse takes many forms: physical, sexual, emotional, financial, and digital. It can come from a partner, a family member, or someone you trusted. None of it is your fault.

Reaching out does not have to mean leaving today. Advocates can help you think through safety planning, options, and resources at your own pace, and every conversation is confidential.

If you are in immediate danger, call 911. The hotlines below are answered 24/7 by trained advocates and can also help with chat and text if a call is unsafe.

Signs of abuse

Abuse is not always obvious from the inside. Common patterns include:

  • A partner who controls money, transportation, or who you can see
  • Threats, intimidation, or harm to you, your children, or your pets
  • Pressure or coercion around sex, contraception, or pregnancy
  • Constant criticism, blame, or being made to feel afraid
  • Tracking your phone, social media, or location without consent
  • Sexual contact you did not agree to, including with a partner or someone you know
Please note: If you are unsure, call a hotline. Advocates can listen and help you make sense of what is happening with no pressure to take any specific action.
